data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Contemporary cultural policies are not anymore tools and weapons of the high elite.<\/p><p>Today, tendencies have gone much further in the field of civic participation and the development of local cultural policy. In this sense, the relationship between civil society, the legislature and the executive has become an essential nexust that enables more participation, widespread cultural practices and\u00a0<i>non exclusive clause\u00a0<\/i>for every willing and elaborated cultural initiative.<\/p><p>Accent is set on finding channels of communication between these three sectors, especially in the implementation of civic initiatives.<\/p><p>The model of cultural policy practiced in Macedonia is deeply dependant on various non cultural factors: the instability of the political system dominated by unresolved economic relations, the improper functioning of the \u201ccultural market\u201d, along with a general fear and uncertainty regarding the very prospects of the country. These socio-political preconditions also determine the cultural policy, i.e. its undefined existence. This, in turn, generates an audience that is not enough involved and interested in art as well as works of art that are not properly valued.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-d72f0ae\" data-id=\"d72f0ae\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5febaa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5febaa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In such conditions, the key task of people working in culture is to offer valuable and high-quality strategies, solutions and practices that would increase and enhance the cultural participation.<\/p><p><i>Forum for Reasonable Policies<\/i>\u00a0is led by the motto that cultural needs should be developed from an earliest age. Williams, of culture being a &#8220;body of intellectual and imaginative work, in which, in a detailed way, human thought and experience are variously recorded. &#8220;, our goals and actions will focus on:<\/p><ul><li>Creating opportunities in which the individual will have access to different forms of education and training (formal and informal) for personal development and for the benefit of the communities.<\/li><li>Creating environment from the earliest age for development and promotion of creativity, and opening perspectives and opportunities for the most creative minds.<\/li><li>Promotion of regional and international cooperation based on mutual respect and understanding and creating different learning mobility to increase cultural awareness.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>She has a BA in sociology, graduated at the prestigious\u00a0<em>\u201cEuropean Film College\u201d<\/em>\u00a0in Denmark and holds M.A. degree in communication.<\/p><p>She is an expert in communication and cultural policies. She has substantial experience in the civil sector and in the media, working on large projects on anti-discrimination, multimedia platforms for children etc. Georgieva has years of managerial and creative experience in the domain of culture, film, writing, organizing festivals and public events.<\/p><p>She has worked for more than six years for the most famous Macedonian children TV show and educational platform\u00a0<em>\u201cFive plus\u201d<\/em>\u00a0as a project manager, content developer, supervisor and scriptwriter.<\/p><p>Georgieva was also editor in chief in the popular satirical TV news show\u00a0<em>\u201cYesterday\u2019s news\u201d (Fcerasni Novosti)\u00a0<\/em>and from 2018 to 2020 she was Head of MEDIA Desk MK representing the Creative Europe MEDIA programme in North Macedonia.<\/p><p>Throughout her career Georgieva worked as assistant director on number of films series and commercials and she has initiated the program\u00a0<em>\u201c<\/em><em>Kino Budenje\u201d<\/em>\u00a0with the aim to raise the level of cultural awareness, and in support of high quality films.<\/p><p>Last but not least, Bistra is passionate about writing for children, which brought her a huge success worldwide. Her picture book\u00a0<em>\u201cThe Giant imagination store\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 collaboration with the renowned Spanish illustrator Monica Carretero, was published in Spanish and Catalan language in Spain, Latin America and USA.
